Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and drive program execution across assigned brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget, ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

You will develop domain expertise in therapeutic areas, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and provide strategic guidance to maximize program performance and brand value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis in business, healthcare or related field.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution, financial oversight, and client relationship management across assigned brands.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope and budget.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and invoicing; drive issue resolution and governance.
• Prepare quarterly and annual program reviews with accurate data and insights.
