Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Program Manager, Patient Services to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will oversee day-to-day patient services operations while driving cross-functional coordination across internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party agencies. The position will also support strategic enterprise-level initiatives that improve operational excellence, strengthen governance, and enhance the patient support experience. In addition, the individual will partner closely with IT and business teams to ensure patient service materials and workflows are executed effectively across systems.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $138,000 – $221,000 annually
