Job summary

PATH is seeking a Part Time Residential Coordinator in San Diego, CA. The role supports interim housing guests, ensuring safety and basic needs while following interim housing guidelines. Responsibilities include documenting contacts, tours for new participants, and assisting case managers to help guests achieve their goals.

Shift is Sunday, Friday, Saturday 2:00pm–10:30pm. Minimum experience requirements are flexible, and PATH emphasizes professional growth, benefits, and a commitment to ending

Qualifications

• All levels of experience and education welcome.

Responsibilities

• Complete progress notes on every face-to-face/telephone contact by end of shift.
• Provide facility tours to guests and new program participants.
• Support the case managers and program participants to achieve guest goals as per ISPs.
• Monitor and maintain interim housing floors to ensure a hospitable environment.
