Job summary

Joyous Ventures LLC is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead operations at an interim housing facility serving justice-involved individuals experiencing homelessness. You will supervise staff, coordinate programming, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced, trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of program management experience in housing services or justice-involved populations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to resolve conflicts.
• Ability to manage crisis situations with composure and empathy.
• Commitment to trauma-informed care and harm reduction.
• Willingness to be on-call and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations, staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Recruit, train, onboard staff and volunteers; conduct performance evaluations.
• Facilitate weekly staff meetings, daily huddles, and shift exchanges to ensure alignment.
• Promote a collaborative, respectful, mission-driven work culture.
• Ensure programs meet diverse participant needs and comply with funder standards.
• Maintain records and prepare timely reports on activities and outcomes.
• Coordinate educational, vocational, and recreational programming for participants.
• Provide intake assessments, case management, and crisis intervention.
