PATH is seeking a Program Manager, Interim Housing in San Jose for the Bristol Hotel office. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the Interim Housing Services team, supervise staff, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure adherence to program policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams and ensure continuity of care between PATH resources and partners.
• Provide supervision, support and performance evaluations for staff.
• Ensure trauma-informed care, client safety and harm reduction in services.
• Respond to emergency calls as required by contract and organization.
• Assist in screening, assessment and enrollment of clients in services.
• Maintain complete and accurate paperwork and data in records and databases with ongoing audits.
• Adhere to funding contracts and prepare required reports; communicate project expectations.
