Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Manager II to oversee large programs and coordinate multiple teams to deliver housing stability and support services. You will manage budgets, staff, and partnerships to meet grant requirements and organizational goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and at least four years of relevant experience, with on-site leadership and strong collaboration with community partners. EOE and veteran-friendly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years in Social Services program management, coordination or supervision.
• Budget management/oversight experience; ability to manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program budgets, goals, and service delivery per grant requirements.
• Oversee program policies, procedures, and communications to achieve objectives.
• Train, coach, and manage VOALA team on program requirements.
• Coordinate multiple teams across on-site programs and service modalities.
• Collaborate with funders and community partners to secure resources and housing opportunities.
