Catholic Community Services in Washington state seeks a Program Manager to oversee the housing program, supervise 4–5 case managers, ensure compliance, and support client advocacy. In-person leadership will be required, with the Program Director’s absence covered as acting leader.

Anticipated start date is September 1, 2026. This full-time, 40-hour role offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth within CCS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field.
• Experience in direct provision of social services, preferably with homeless people.
• Ability to adapt and respond to different people and situations through a trauma-informed lens.
• At least one year of supervision experience.
• Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to program Case Managers and interns.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Provide feedback to staff to promote growth and achieve objectives.
• Work in-person at a program and attend in-person agency meetings.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure program efficiency.
• Maintain data in program/database and respond to data requests.
