Job summary

Catholic Community Services is seeking a Program Manager to oversee daily program operations, supervise 4–5 housing case managers, and ensure compliance with grants and documentation requirements.

You will support client advocacy, manage data entry in the program database, and assist with billing for Foundational Community Support services while promoting a trauma‑informed, equity‑driven team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating program operations.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends and handle high-need clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to program Case Managers and interns.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with grants.
• Enter and manage client data in program and agency databases.
• Review and approve relevant client payments and rental assistance.
