Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field with two years of relevant experience.
• Six years of directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident services and housing stability through collaboration with intake and property management.
• Assess resident strengths, needs, barriers, and goals.
• Provide supervision to staff and interns; lead team meetings and staff development.
• Oversee site scheduling, on-call coverage, and reporting for quality assurance.
