Qualifications

• QMHA credentials strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating across departments.
• Ability to manage program budgets and compliance.
• Familiarity with HMIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple housing sites including Sandy Apartments, Halsey Manor and Douglas Fir.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to obtain resources and ensure program quality.
• Provide supervision and staff development, conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal/local codes and contract requirements.
• Maintain occupancy and coordinate leases and resident services.
