Job summary

Project HOME seeks a Program Manager to oversee a bustling supportive housing program for individuals facing homelessness and behavioral health challenges. You will lead resident services, manage staff, and coordinate admissions, crises, and financial operations to sustain housing stability.

Applicants should have an MSW or equivalent, with supervision experience and a strong background in housing, case management, and recovery‑oriented services. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field as required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field with two years of relevant experience or six years of directly related experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting individuals recovering from homelessness or behavioral health challenges.
• Experience in supportive housing, case management, residential services, behavioral health, or human services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a supportive housing program.
• Lead resident services and housing stability initiatives.
• Coordinate admissions, orientations, transfers, and discharges.
• Provide staff supervision, coaching, and professional development.
• Monitor compliance with program requirements and contracts.
• Oversee site scheduling and on-call coverage.
• Assist with budget planning and financial oversight.
• Collaborate with property management and community providers.
• Maintain documentation in electronic case management systems.
