Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp. is seeking a seasoned Manager of Supportive Housing to lead our supportive housing strategy across multiple counties.

You will oversee third-party service partnerships, ensure compliance with reporting and service agreements, and build strong ties with County Mental Health and Health Systems to enhance resident stability. You will supervise senior case managers, guide staff training, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery while promoting trauma-informed,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with experience in educational, social services, or community-based settings.
Master's degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
Experience working with diverse populations and families.

Responsibilities

Lead the supportive housing strategy across a multi-county portfolio.
Oversee third-party service partnerships delivering on-site health programs.
Identify and secure new partners aligned with MidPen's criteria.
Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and service agreements.
Build relationships with County Mental Health and Health Systems.
Supervise senior case managers supporting high-acuity residents.
Train staff to reduce crises and maintain housing stability.
Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and housing-first service delivery.
