Job summary

Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) seeks a Program Manager to oversee Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) in Housing for Health programs, ensuring high-quality, client-centered services.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Housing Support and Services, you will recruit and supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate with DHS, DMH, HACLA and community partners, and ensure documentation in EHR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a human service or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience providing psychosocial rehabilitative services to a disabled population.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ICMS operations across Housing for Health projects.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, train, evaluate staff; provide professional growth.
• Ensure documentation and reporting per DHS/HFH contracts and EHR entry.
• Coordinate with DHS, DMH, HACLA and community partners to meet objectives.
