Job summary

Hope the Mission is seeking a Program Manager – Licensed for Outreach & ICMS in Los Angeles, CA. The role oversees clinical services for ICMS programs and ensures compliance with county requirements, HIPAA, and trauma‑informed care.

The Licensed Program Manager provides supervision, documentation, and performance oversight, coordinating with field teams and partners to deliver Housing First and integrated health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and California licensure required.
• Minimum two years post‑licensure experience preferred.
• Experience supervising case managers and working with homelessness programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to ICMS SBE and ICMS PH staff.
• Oversee program operations, compliance, and service delivery.
• Coordinate outreach, housing navigation, and tenancy‑sustaining services.
