Job summary

The People Concern is seeking an ICMS Program Manager in Los Angeles, California. The role involves oversight of Intensive Case Management Services aimed at individuals transitioning from homelessness. This position includes clinical supervision of case managers, client crisis management, and the development of interventions focused on the well-being of clients.

Qualifications require a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or similar, along with experience in homelessness services and supervisory roles. The role supports a crucial program delivering housing and support to marginalized individuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years working with the homeless, preferably those with mental illness or substance addictions.
• Two years supervisory experience managing staff.
• Able to be on-call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to case managers.
• Facilitate team meetings utilizing a trauma-informed care lens.
• Assist with client crisis management.

Education

MSW, MFT, LPCC or PsyD registered with CA BBS
