Job summary

The People Concern seeks an ICMS Program Manager to oversee Intensive Case Management Services for individuals transitioning from homelessness. Located in Santa Monica, this role involves clinical supervision, crisis management, and coordination among diverse teams. Ideal candidates will have a relevant master's degree and extensive experience in the field.

Responsibilities include daily oversight of teams, collaboration with site-based partners, and ensuring documentation and service standards are met. A supportive work environment committed to diversity is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' full-time experience working with the homeless, preferably with mental illness or substance addictions.
• Two years' supervisory experience managing staff.
• Current, valid CA Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff.
• Facilitate team meetings utilizing trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve client safety.
• Assist with client crisis management and assessments.
• Ensure accurate documentation for program clients.
• Provide budgetary oversight and ensure program adherence.
