Job summary

Hope the Mission is seeking a Program Manager – Services in Chatsworth, CA to lead Access and Engagement and Housing Services programs, oversee staff, ensure service quality, and meet contract requirements with city and county funders.

Reporting to the Director of Programs, you will guide outreach, navigation, and stabilization efforts, supervise teams, review files, respond to escalations, and maintain documentation and HMIS data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or clinical licensure preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in homelessness services.
• Experience with contract compliance and program operations.
• Knowledge of HMIS/Clarity and data quality standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for Access & Engagement and/or Housing Services programs.
• Supervises staff, conducts supervision and evaluations.
• Ensures contract compliance and timely reporting.
• Oversees program operations, staffing, and safety.
• Coordinates with funders and community partners.

Education
