Zusammenfassung

Egis seeks a Program Manager to lead the HOMES and HEEHR program delivery in Ohio. You will supervise day‑to‑day operations, coordinate with the State Energy Office, and manage contractor networks to meet performance metrics and budgets.

The role is client‑facing, with responsibilities spanning reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, requiring strong program management and communication skills. Travel to state offices and sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, engineering, energy policy, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5–7 years of program/project management experience delivering services under a client contract (government contracting, consulting, or professional services).
• Experience operating within federally funded program requirements (2 CFR 200 or equivalent).
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder delivery involving subcontractors, vendors, or field-based contractor networks.

Aufgaben

• Oversee HOMES and HEEHR program delivery, including intake, eligibility review, rebate calculation, and disbursement processing.
• Manage contractor networks, vendor oversight, and subcontractor relationships to meet program targets.
• Maintain risk and issues logs and escalate as needed per governance processes.
• Lead client interactions with the State Energy Office and manage regular status updates.
