Job summary

Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC seeks a highly organized Program Manager to support energy efficiency programs for a major investor-owned utility. This hybrid role blends program management and customer outreach to oversee day-to-day operations and drive enrollment.

You will manage invoicing, reporting, and customer coordination while engaging municipalities, counties, schools, and healthcare institutions to identify opportunities and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, environmental studies, energy management, engineering, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, energy efficiency, customer engagement, or outreach.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting, and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program operations, budget, schedules, and client requirements.
• Identify, recruit, and manage public sector customers for energy efficiency services.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for utility client and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, invoices, and customer dashboards; track performance.
• Maintain an active customer pipeline and coordinate outreach activities.
• Coordinate technical services with engineers and ensure timely service delivery.
