Job summary

APTIM Energy Transitions seeks a Project Analyst to support HOMES and HEEHR programs, providing technical and administrative support for energy rebates and DOE-guided designs. You will lead reporting and data analytics, operating across states, with a focus on project management and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate will summarize large datasets quickly, produce executive summaries, and work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with implementation contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years’ program/project management experience in energy programs.
• Ability to identify problems, analyze information, and implement solutions.
• Ability to collect and analyze data and interpret information.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Self-starter who can manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Commitment to collaboration within the team and organization.
• High emotional intelligence and working with diverse teams.
• Ability to resolve incentive application issues with customers and partners.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to locations based on assignment quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team ensuring federal energy efficiency projects are executed.
• Develop reporting aligned with DOE requirements for leadership insights.
• Create streamlined processes with leadership to improve timeliness and quality.
• Conduct QA/QC of program processes and protocols with improvements.
• Support contract management including reporting and metrics.
• Assist in resolving program operation and management issues.
• Lead or support project management activities with tools and meetings.
• Review project application forms for compliance with policies.
• Maintain and update system databases accurately.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with APTIM quality and OSHA safety policies.
