Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a seasoned clinical research program manager to lead a department-wide program in Wisconsin. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, manage trial budgets, activate studies, and report on timelines, enrollment, and compliance across platforms such as OnCore, eBridge, and Florence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may be substituted on a 1:1 basis.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in clinical research or program management.
• Certified in Clinical Research preferred (ACRP or SoCRAP).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, FDA, IRB).
• Experience with research platforms and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage department-wide clinical research program activities.
• Oversee daily operations of research staff and trial support.
• Provide direction and mentorship to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Track program timelines and deliverables; monitor budgets and resources.
• Develop materials, guidelines, forms, and reports for the program.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and events; support staff training.
