Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin seeks an experienced Program Manager II to oversee the department-wide clinical research program, directing daily operations and mentoring staff to align with institutional priorities. You will manage timelines, budgets, training, and data reporting while coordinating materials and meetings to support activation and compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
• Minimum Required Experience: 6 years
• Preferred Certification/Licensure: Certified in Clinical Research (ACRP or SoCRA)
• Experience leading clinical research programs and staff development
• Familiarity with regulatory platforms and trial management systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain program timelines and track deadlines for deliverables
• Manage trial budgets and staff effort; schedule resources
• Recruit and train staff & faculty; provide mentorship
• Coordinate development of program materials, guidelines, and reports
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and dissemination; produce regular reports
• Develop and maintain databases and files; support activation timelines and enrollment metrics
• Organize internal/external meetings, site visits, and events
• Provide training for program participants; ensure regulatory compliance
• Serve as content expert for platforms (OnCore, eBridge, Florence)
• Report progress to stakeholders; support adoption of systems and processes
• Participate in committees and liaise with institutional partners
• Support program resources development via literature and funding reviews
• Other duties as assigned
