Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a department-wide clinical research program.

You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and provide strategic direction to align with institutional priorities and CTO program goals. Key duties include budgeting, staffing, training, regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, FDA, IRB), data reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; six years of experience preferred.
• Experience with clinical research operations and regulatory requirements.
• Certification in Clinical Research (ACRP or SoCRA) preferred; budget and portfolio management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program timelines and track deliverables.
• Manage trial budgets and staff effort; recruit and train staff.
• Coordinate development of program materials and reports; oversee data collection and analysis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, FDA, IRB) and system trainings.
• Organize meetings, site visits, and events; liaise with institutional partners.
