Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Community Safety Program Coordinator to support the Division of Community Safety Policy and Engagement within the Comprehensive Injury Center. You will coordinate meetings, draft materials, and manage communications and calendars to ensure effective program delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience, with preference for candidates from government or nonprofit public health backgrounds.

• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings and events.
• Prepare and edit proposals, external correspondence, presentations, and documents.
• Maintain program calendars, reports, and other materials.
• Develop content for social media and external communications with CIC Communications Specialist.
• Manage division's social media accounts and web content; post material and monitor engagement.
• Deliver presentations, facilitate meetings and trainings, respond to technical assistance requests.
