Evlo AI; Denver (CO); On-site; USD 110,000 - 150,000; Full time

Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams in Denver. You will own roadmaps, unblock dependencies, and lead launch readiness for complex SaaS programs.

You will build plans in Jira/Confluence, manage risks with data, and report KPIs to leadership. A strong background in agile delivery, APIs, infrastructure, and executive communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of program or technical project management experience at a software or SaaS company.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams across engineering teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern planning/roadmapping tools.
• Strong technical fluency — comfortable discussing APIs, infrastructure, and software delivery lifecycles with engineers.
• Excellent written communication; able to produce crisp status updates, exec summaries, and post-mortems.
• Experience with agile/scrum delivery and change management at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification; experience with OKR planning cycles; SQL or basic scripting for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams, from kickoff through post-launch review.
• Build and maintain program plans in Jira, Linear, or Asana — tracking milestones, dependencies, owners, and critical paths.
• Run recurring rituals: sprint planning, cross-team syncs, steering committees, and launch readiness reviews with clear agendas and documented decisions.
• Identify risks, blockers, and scope conflicts early; escalated with data and drive resolutions across teams.
• Define and report program KPIs (on-time delivery, velocity, launch quality) via dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets for leadership.
• Coordinate release management, including rollback plans, stakeholder comms, and documentation for major product launches.
• Improve execution processes over time — retrospectives, intake workflows, and planning templates that scale with headcount.
