About The Role
The role drives cross-functional execution for a fast-moving software organization, coordinating engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to ship complex programs on schedule.
Program Managers here own outcomes, not just plans — defining roadmaps, unblocking dependencies, running launch readiness, and giving leadership clear visibility into progress and risk across cloud infrastructure, API platforms, and customer-facing product releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams, from kickoff through post-launch review
- Build and maintain program plans in Jira, Linear, or Asana — tracking milestones, dependencies, owners, and critical paths
- Run recurring rituals: sprint planning, cross-team syncs, steering committees, and launch readiness reviews with clear agendas and documented decisions
- Identify risks, blockers, and scope conflicts early; escalated with data and drive resolutions across teams
- Define and report program KPIs (on-time delivery, velocity, launch quality) via dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets for leadership
- Coordinate release management, including rollback plans, stakeholder comms, and documentation for major product launches
- Improve execution processes over time — retrospectives, intake workflows, and planning templates that scale with headcount
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of program or technical project management experience at a software or SaaS company
- Proven track record coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams across engineering teams
- Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern planning/roadmapping tools
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable discussing APIs, infrastructure, and software delivery lifecycles with engineers
- Excellent written communication; able to produce crisp status updates, exec summaries, and post-mortems
- Experience with agile/scrum delivery and change management at scale
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification; experience with OKR planning cycles; SQL or basic scripting for reporting
