Job summary

Mds Nh is seeking a dedicated full-time Program Manager to lead supports for individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. You’ll advocate for independence and help clients achieve goals in the community, work, and home, coordinating services across settings.

You’ll recruit, train, and supervise Direct Support Professionals and Job Coaches, ensuring consistent coverage and collaboration with families and healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with families, employers, and clinical staff.
• Willingness to jump in, provide coverage, and solve problems.
• Experience in supported employment, residential services, or community participation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to advocate for themselves and exercise real choice.
• Lead a team of DSPs and Job Coaches; manage scheduling and on-call coverage.
• Identify employment opportunities and help clients meet employer standards.
• Encourage social and cultural participation for a life well-lived.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, nursing staff, and managers to monitor well-being.
