Job summary

Makom seeks a Program Manager to lead a team supporting individuals with IDD in Maryland and Virginia. You will oversee CSLs, DSPs, and direct support staff, ensuring high-quality services and outcomes-driven supports in community settings.

The role requires 3+ years with IDD, supervisory experience, and strong communication. A valid driver’s license is essential, and the organization emphasizes integrity, inclusion, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with individuals with IDD are required.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead, resources, and create accountabilities with and for CSLs, DSPs and others who provide direct support to people supported by Makom.
• Connect CSLs and DSPs to training and professional development resources, highlighting self-determination and related skills.
• Monitor program implementation to ensure high quality of support and inform outcomes measurement systems.
• Ensure services align with PCP/ISP and Individual choice.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees with HR onboarding.
• Analyze and evaluate performance of programs.
