Job summary

New Horizons is seeking a Program Manager for Community Living in Batesville, IN. The Program Manager will work closely with the Director and other Managers to lead the Department and oversee Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals.

Qualifications

• Eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required – some college preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities to grow, develop skills, and live as independently as possible.
• Collaborate with the Director and other Managers to lead the Department and ensure effective operation.
