Job summary

Monadnock Developmental Services, Inc. seeks a dedicated full-time Program Manager to lead supports for individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders.

The role spans office, community, and residential settings, bridging dreams and reality through person-centered planning. You will recruit, train, and supervise DSPs and Job Coaches, ensure coverage across shifts, and coordinate with families, guardians, and clinical staff to adapt services as needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Advocacy mindset and person-centered support required.
• Leadership and mentoring experience for diverse teams.
• Strong communication with families, employers, and clinical staff.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to cover shifts as needed.
• Experience in supported employment, residential services, or community participation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Empower independence for individuals and support self-advocacy.
• Lead and supervise Direct Support Professionals and Job Coaches; manage shifts and on-call coverage.
• Create employment opportunities tailored to each individual's skills and interests.
• Encourage social and cultural participation to enrich community and home life.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, nursing staff, and other managers to monitor well-being.
