ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate Program Site Manager to oversee a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries in Monson, MA. You will lead a team, ensure safety, and support residents in achieving personal goals while coordinating with the Program Director.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
• MAP, PABC, or First Aid training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential program.
• Supervise and train staff; collaborate with the Program Director.
• Administer medications as trained; provide transportation to appointments.
• Manage staff schedules and maintain resident documentation.

Skills

Experience with DD/brain injury

Driver's license with clean record

Documentation & scheduling

Physical ability to assist residents

MAP/PABC/First Aid helpful
