Job summary

Monarch Healthcare in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to supervise staff and guide the individuals they support, helping them achieve personal dreams through person-centered services.

You will lead planning, coordination, and documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and support hiring, training, and supervision across shifts. Driving and travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; additional Human Services degree or related certifications preferred.
• Experience with person-centered planning and clinical documentation.
• Minimum 3 years experience with individuals with disabilities; 2 years of management experience.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to staff and the individuals they support.
• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered plans and coordinate services.
• Complete required reports and documentation in the EHR/medical records.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Schedule on-call coverage and respond to incidents per agency policy.

Education

Bachelor degree (non Human Services) with 4 years Full time OR 8 years Part time applicable experience

Bachelor degree (Human Services) with 2 years Full time OR 4 years Part time applicable experience

Master degree (Human Services) with 1 year Full time OR 2 years Part time applicable experience
