Job summary

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a Program Manager to supervise staff and guide the individuals supported toward personal goals across residential and community settings. The role emphasizes developing and monitoring person-centered plans and ensuring services meet eligibility criteria.

You will coordinate clinical authorizations, documentation, and audits while supporting hiring, training, and performance management to improve overall care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required (non-Human Services with 4 years’ experience or Human Services with 2 years’ experience).
• Experience as Qualified Professional (QP) per NC policy (10A NCAC 27G.0104).
• Proven ability to supervise staff and guide individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to staff and individuals served.
• Develop and monitor person-centered plans and ensure services align with needs and eligibility.
• Maintain clinical authorizations, documentation, and audits across services.
• Coordinate hiring, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions with leadership.
• Respond to incidents per agency policies and ensure safe, compliant operations.
