Job summary

Gandara Center in Springfield, MA is seeking a Program Manager to lead the DDS Program, establish open communication, provide support, and ensure accountability among staff and consumers.

You will report to the DDS Program Director, supervise clinical and administrative staff, develop treatment plans, monitor quality, and coordinate services to meet individual needs while upholding the program's philosophy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience working with mentally ill.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the quality and quantity of services provided by the program.
• Hire, terminate, promote, evaluate and discipline staff as needed.
• Coordinate program activities with staff.
• Promote rights and informed decision-making for individuals.
• Ensure records are kept accurate and up to date.
• Develop, monitor and amend program budget.
