Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Human Services and one year of supervisory/management experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; must meet driving history requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with other community agencies (e.g., School Dept., DCF, Juvenile Court, EEC, etc.).
• Excellent communication, record-keeping and organizational skills required.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) or Bicultural are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the treatment team and manage day-to-day operations of the program.
• Supervise staff and oversee client services, referrals, admissions and treatment planning.
• Ensure program adherence to licensing, quality assurance, and safety standards.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare monthly program reports.
