Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, substance abuse services, counseling or related field required, master's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources/agencies and ability to network with partners.
• Ability to be innovative, analytical and decisive in problem solving.
• Client advocacy skills and ability to work with diverse community agencies.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and supervises case workers and case managers.
• Leads program planning and annual review to ensure recovery-focused service delivery.
• Oversees referrals, admissions, and maintains relationships with referral sources.
• Delivers services when staff are unavailable and ensures client records are maintained.
• Administers EMR/HMIS data systems and reports to funding sources.
• Represents the agency at community meetings and collaborates with partners.
