Guidewire, Inc. in Springfield, MA seeks a Residential Program Manager to lead daily operations of our residential programs and supervise a dedicated team. This full-time exempt role emphasizes program integrity, safety, and person-centered supports in alignment with ISP/IAP/IEP goals.

You will recruit and mentor staff, manage schedules, ensure PBS principles, and maintain compliance with DDS/DMH and other standards while controlling overtime and budgets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years' management experience in human services or related field.
• Willingness to apply Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) to help meet goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the residential program and supervise staff.
• Respond to emergencies as the primary leader during critical moments.
• Ensure ISP/IAP/IEP goals for individuals are met.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure continuous coverage.
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation for urgent situations.
• Lead and mentor staff, reinforce PBS and agency values.
• Interview, hire, orient, and integrate new staff into culture.
• Complete performance evaluations on time and approve hours in ADP.
• Maintain program safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure PBS data accuracy and complete documentation for review.
