Gándara Mental Health Center in Springfield, MA is seeking a Program Director to lead clinical and administrative teams delivering behavioral health services. The role involves supervising case workers, managing program operations, and ensuring data accuracy in EMR/HMIS systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field, experience with youth homelessness or young adults, and strong community relationships. Equal opportunity employer; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, public health, substance abuse services, counseling or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience working in youth homelessness or related field may be substituted for degree.
• Experience working with young adults required.
• Lived experience a plus.
• Knowledge of community resources/agencies.
• Ability to be innovative, creative, analytical, and decisive in problem solving.
• Client advocacy skills and ability to establish working relationships with community agencies.
• Ability to structure and organize job responsibilities independently.
• Ability to deal with diverse populations.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Hires, trains and supervises case workers and case managers.
• Delivers services to clients in the program in the event that staff unavailable.
• Maintains client records and creates required reports.
• Acts as administrator for the agency EMR and HMIS data systems.
• Represents agency at community meetings, as appropriate.
• Attend applicable meetings with network providers, the Network to End Homelessness, Hampden County COC and others as necessary.
• Leads annual program planning and review.
• Maintains positive relations with funding sources.
• Participate in collaborating projects with other agencies/CoC as applicable.
