Job summary

The CADES Learning Center in Springfield, PA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee up to five Community Living Arrangement homes under ODP 6400 regulations. You will supervise staff, coach Direct Support Professionals, implement ISPs, plan programming, and ensure safety, quality of life, and regulatory compliance 24/7.

You will work with the Treatment Manager and Overnight Supervisor, coordinate staffing, training, and documentation, and maintain HIPAA compliant communication while modeling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in human services or related field.
• Experience supervising staff in a caregiving setting and familiarity with unionized environments.
• Knowledge of PA 6400 regulations and HIPAA expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff, including recruitment, leadership, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Treatment Manager and Overnight Supervisor on staff evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, CBAs, disciplinary actions, and personnel processes.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain written records; share updates, policies, and ISPs.
• Monitor staffing levels, shifts, and back-up plans to prevent gaps in resident support.
• Complete medication observations and ensure accurate documentation per regulations.
