Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT or network programs, including global environments.
• PMI PMP or ITIL v4/v5 certification and/or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale data center and cloud services contract.
• Manage 24x7x365 global operations across data centers.
• Drive mission uptime, security, and modernization aligned to DOS.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor multidisciplinary workforce across sites and shifts.
