Job summary

You will direct all phases from inception to completion, manage cost, schedule and technical performance, and coordinate customer relations and contractual terms.

Qualifications

• Ten years of Enterprise IT Infrastructure Program Management experience.
• PMP Certification required; ITILv4 Practitioner is a plus; CISSP / AWS/Azure certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
• Participates in contract negotiations and changes.
• Meets contractual performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs, OPI etc.).
• Manages program finances and prepares proposals, budgets and specifications.
