• 10+ years managing complex IT or network programs, including global environments.
• 5+ years experience leading large, diverse teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, cloud-focused identity modernization.
• Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the contract supporting Diplomatic Technologies’ global IDAM mission, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with State Department and DT strategic priorities.
• Manage a large multidisciplinary workforce, including IDAM architects, engineers, and administrators, while collaborating with Tier 1 and 2 Service Desk leadership.
• Direct 24x7 IDAM operations globally, ensuring high availability, reliability, and prompt incident response.
• Establish and enforce SLAs, KPIs, SLOs, and MTTR targets; drive ITIL-aligned service management across regions.
• Drive automation and responsible AI-augmentation; support risk management and COOP/DR alignment for mission-critical systems.
