General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to oversee a large, complex modernization program across multiple sites.

The role ensures cost, schedule, technical compliance, and alignment with all contract requirements while leading contractor teams and managing dependencies. The PM will coordinate with Government leadership, manage IMS-based schedules, and drive successful delivery of modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of IT project management experience within the last 10 years.
• At least two years as program manager of a major enterprise infrastructure upgrade for a DoW customer.
• Two+ years managing a program with 3+ inter-related IT/Communication projects with IMS/WBS.
• Recent experience with wireless/private mobile networks and 5G projects.
• PMI PMP and/or PgMP certification.
• Two+ years managing IT projects with multiple task orders under Cost Plus contracts.
• Strong oral communication and ability to engage with Government leadership.
• Knowledge of DoD/FAR/DFARS contracting and acquisition processes.
• Experience with contract changes, REAs and proposal development.
• Coordination with Contracts, Legal, Supply Chain and Subcontracts on large software/hardware purchases.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Willingness to travel CONUS (25%).
• PM located in Washington, DC commuting area, with potential remote or hybrid work.

Responsabilités

• Supervise ongoing technical efforts and ensure successful modernization delivery.

• Make program-wide decisions on Government concerns, risks, and constraints.
