Job summary

SLAC seeks a Program Manager for Custom and Executive Programs to oversee delivery of professional education offerings online, in-person, and blended. You will interact with faculty, clients, and staff, coordinating across departments to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role emphasizes adaptability across time zones, strong communication, and meticulous planning, with eligibility to work in the U.S. and a 2-year fixed term appointment. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of custom and executive programs across virtual, online, and on-campus formats.
• Lead meetings to plan programs, monitor budgets, and review evaluations.
• Serve as program point of contact for faculty, clients, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams for catering, student services, finance, and instructional technology.
• Occasionally travel or work early mornings, evenings, or weekends to support events.
