Job summary

Babson College is hiring a Program Manager to drive operational excellence for the Centers & Institutes, leading program execution, logistics, marketing, and stakeholder engagement for in-person and virtual events.

You will design scalable systems, coordinate volunteers, and partner with campus and external stakeholders to maximize impact and growth. Hybrid work, some evenings/weekends, on-site 1–2 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6–8 years in program design and management, communication, and academia.
• Demonstrated expertise in project and program management with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration across levels.
• Proficiency in Google Drive/Docs and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of programs across the Centers & Institutes portfolio, including logistics, speakers, and sessions.
• Translate initiatives into clear requirements and maintain backlog health in Agile operations.
• Manage platforms (Cvent, Salesforce, Canva, Qualtrics; Webex/Zoom) and ensure data integrity and timely CRM updates.
• Build and sustain stakeholder relationships with campus partners, alumni, donors, and external organizations.
• Standardize execution with scalable checklists, templates, and file architecture for consistent delivery.
