The position is a 2-year fixed term with potential renewal and requires ability to travel occasionally. The role emphasizes project planning, budget oversight, and cross-department collaboration within the School of Engineering CGOE portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work across time zones and interact with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the management, planning, and execution of professional education offerings online, in-person, or blended.
• Work with team members to implement project plans and share responsibilities.
• Provide ongoing program support addressing learner inquiries and client expectations.
• Lead meetings to plan programs, monitor budgets, review evaluations.
• Coordinate with senior program managers to manage faculty, stakeholder, client and participant communications.
• Collaborate with CGOE internal departments responsible for catering, event services, student services, finance, and instructional technology.
• Assist in the development of materials which support the product/program.
• Assist with planning and logistical arrangements for various on-campus events.
• Occasionally travel to support on-campus and off-site program events.
