Stanford University’s CGOE seeks a Program Manager for Custom and Executive Programs to oversee live virtual, online, and on-campus offerings. The role interfaces with faculty, global clients, and vendors, ensuring high-quality program delivery across time zones and formats.

A flexible schedule includes mornings/evenings and occasional weekends. The position, based on Stanford’s main campus with hybrid work, requires a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience, and offers a salary range of

Responsibilities

Support management, planning, and execution of professional education offerings delivered online, in-person, or blended.
Coordinate with team members to implement project plans and share responsibilities.
Provide ongoing program support to address learner inquiries and client expectations.
Lead meetings to plan programs, monitor budgets, and review evaluations.
Communicate with faculty, stakeholders, clients, and participants as primary CGOE contact.
