Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of progressive engineering experience, or Master’s with 8 years.
• Experience managing people and leading hardware development teams.
• 3+ years designing and developing hardware.
• 3+ years experience with EVMS on hardware development programs.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware engineering execution as a leader across the SDS Division programs.
• Implement the vision for design engineering to successfully execute hardware engineering.
• Direct the implementation of integrated hardware engineering processes across CS Organization.
• Provide proactive management of earned value metrics for subsystem design and development.
• Ensure hardware meets requirements and integrates with other Sentinel BUs.
