Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive related experience.
• Master's degree with related experience is a plus.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required, SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer contractual needs into test solutions within schedule and cost constraints.
• Direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate with SMEs, test teams, and stakeholders to define test objectives and risks.
• Support instrumentation requirements for Hardware-in-the-Loop testing.
• Lead test activities to verify and validate requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor and lead a diverse team of test engineers across multiple Scrum teams.
