Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Management Director 1, Design for Command Systems Launch Execution Subsystem Lead in Roy, UT. This leadership role manages hardware engineering across the Sentinel Command Systems Launch Execution Subsystem, coordinating engineering activities and driving timely delivery in a dynamic defense environment.

The successful candidate will direct hardware process implementation, oversee cross-functional teams, and provide strategic guidance to ensure design

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hardware engineering programs.
• Experience directing hardware design and integration for defense systems.
• Ability to manage earned value metrics and program risk.
• Ability to coordinate geographically dispersed teams.
• Holding Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware engineering execution across the SDS Division portfolio.
• Direct implementation of integrated hardware processes across CS Organization.
• Drive a culture of accountability to deliver on time.
• Interface with CS Hardware Design lead and program leadership.
• Provide proactive management of earned value metrics.
• Ensure hardware design meets requirements and integrates with other Sentinel BUs.
